About this site

I'm Jayson Rawlins. I build and run cloud infrastructureure, mostly in AWS for multiple clients with and without our org.

For the past year and half I've been handing more and more work to AI agents, and writing down what actually happened.

This site is the writing-down part.

I'm skeptical by nature. The fact is I don't accept things until I see it living and breathing in practice. Years of handling unpredictable software, hardware, and configuration have shaped a "measure twice, cut once" attitude. This approach is still vital, even in our AI era.

Measure, publish the result, relish being wrong as is usually the case.
